disclosures.”“The Rule 11 finding serves as a warning to other strike-suit extortionists, and we hope the remedy provides transparency to spur reform against this socially useless ‘merger tax,'” he said.
Representatives for the plaintiffs didn’t immediately respond Tuesday to requests for comment.
