Theodore H. Frank said Monday that he plans to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review a 9th Circuit decision approving a Google privacy settlement that sent more than $42 million to nonprofits while providing no money to class members.
“There’s no question about that,” Frank, of the Hamilton Lincoln Law Institute, said when asked whether he would take the case to the Supreme Court.
