The judge said a 2022 law that prevented pharmacists from contacting patients about the efficacy of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine was unconstitutional. Adam E. Schulman, the Virginia lawyer who represented the St. Louis pharmacist who was the plaintiff in the lawsuit, said his client got exactly what she was asking for: a permanent end to the law.
