Ron Coleman, a Supreme Court litigator and host of the podcast Colemannation, featured Ted Frank on an episode discussing Kohls v. Bonta, which successfully challenged a law aimed at a political parody video created by HLLI’s client Mr Reagan.
Coleman remarked “Ted was ready with this [lawsuit] the second—the second—the bill was signed.”
Ted explained the strength of the case:

Technology doesn’t put something magically outside the First Amendment.
